Enclosure Body:

The robust monoblock body is fabricated from 1.5mm galvanised steel, marine grade aluminium, or stainless steel. Flat face sealing surfaces enhance seal longevity, and integral device plate mounts and M6 earth studs are included. Designed for outdoor use, the base is fully integrated for secure floor mounting and additional structural strength.

Enclosure Door:

The surface-mounted door is built from 1.5mm galvanised steel, aluminium, or stainless steel, with concealed removable hinges and captive pins for service access. Doors open to 110°, and include integral cable management rail studs and an M6 earth stud for bonding continuity.

Enclosure Seal:

A high-quality, machine-applied UL listed polyurethane foam-in-place (FIP) seal ensures reliable long-term sealing performance. Temperature resistance: –40°C to 80°C (160°C short-term loading).

Enclosure Lock:

3-point locking system with a padlockable swing handle for enhanced security. A full range of locking options is available upon request.

Device Mounting Plate:

Constructed from 1.5mm galvanised steel, pressed for added rigidity and pre-fitted as standard to support equipment installation.

Gland Plate:

Provided with gasket and fasteners, the gland plate is fitted for easy cable management and to maintain enclosure sealing integrity.

Surface Treatment:

UL approved epoxy polyester powder coating with a smooth finish. Coating thickness averages 80–120 microns. Standard colour: Karaka Green.
