IP69K Pushbutton Enclosures
The HPB series of IP69K pushbutton enclosures is engineered for environments requiring stringent cleanliness standards, such as pharmaceutical, processing, and food-related sectors. Constructed from 1.0 mm stainless steel, these enclosures feature a crevice-free, self-draining monoblock body and cover design to eliminate contamination points and facilitate hygienic cleaning.
Designed for rugged, contamination-sensitive applications, the HPB enclosures offer certified Ingress Protection ratings of IP66, IK08, and IP69K. They comply with major standards including IEC/EN 60529, ISO 20653, UL 508A, RoHS, CE, and UKCA. The cover includes a FDA-compliant blue silicone gasket that allows for reliable sealing in demanding washdown conditions.
Available in 1 to 4 hole configurations (standard Ø 22.5 mm), the HPB enclosures measure 90 × 90 × 90 mm up to 280 × 90 × 90 mm with a usable depth of 75 mm. With a polished 0.2 µm Ra surface finish, these units combine ease of sanitation with robust IP69K performance, making the HPB series ideal for control-button installations in the most hygiene-critical environments.

Enclosure Body:
The body is fabricated using 1.0mm Grade 304 Stainless Steel. It is designed to be completely smooth and without crevices and without concave angles to facilitate cleaning and avoid deposits. The body is designed to promote self draining for ease of hygienic cleaning.
Cover:
The cover is fabricated using 1.0mm Grade 304 Stainless Steel and includes a clip-in silicone seal.
