Constructed from 1.5 mm galvanised steel or marine-grade aluminium, each kiosk features a fully welded monoblock body with integrated plinth and overhanging rain hood. The front door includes a concealed hinge and opens to 110°, supported by a heavy-duty door stay. Every unit is compliant with IEC/EN 62208, IEC/EN 60529, CE, RoHS, and UKCA standards.

Additional features include fan/filter cut-outs and hinged vent hoods for optional thermal management, pre-fitted nutserts for accessories, and high quality powder-coating applied prior to any aperture formation, ensuring corrosion protection for ventilated configurations. Enclosure Body:

The robust monoblock body is fabricated from 1.5mm galvanised steel or marine grade aluminium. Flat face sealing surfaces enhance seal longevity, and integral device plate mounts and M6 earth studs are included. Designed for outdoor use, the base is fully integrated for secure floor mounting and additional structural strength.

Encosure Door:

The surface-mounted door is built from 1.5mm galvanised steel or aluminium, with concealed removable hinges and captive pins for service access. Doors open to 110°, and include integral cable management rail studs and an M6 earth stud.

Enclosure Seal:

A high quality machine-applied full perimeter UL listed Polyurethane seal foamed in place (FIP) provides excellent sealing over a long life. Temperature resistance -40°C to 80°C (160°C short term loading).

Enclosure Door:

3-point locking system with a padlockable swing handle for enhanced security. A full range of locking options is available upon request.

Device Mounting Plate:

The device mounting plate is 1.5mm galvanised steel sheet. It is pressed to provide strength. It is pre-fitted into the enclosure as standard.

Gland Plate:

Gland plates are incorporated into the bottom face of the enclosure for cable management. They are provided with gaskets and fasteners.

Surface Treatment:

UL approved AkzoNobel epoxy polyester powder coated with a textured finish. 80-120 micron average thickness. The standard electrical enclosure colour is RAL7035.
